I am working on a second book.  Weird I know.  The first one has not come out yet, but I am trying to get a jump start so I can get this one out soon after…So, I need your help.

The book will be looking at some of the, “wow that seemed really cute but just slapped my face off” sayings of Jesus in the gospels.

I have compiled a list of about 25 and need to narrow that down to about 12.  But before I narrow…I want to hear your thoughts.

So, comment on this blog, tweet me, facebook message me, or e-mail me your all-time “slapped my face off” scripture and maybe a little of the story.

I just saw the Fall 2008 Trade Catalog for Abingdon Press and 200 Pomegranates and an Audience of One is featured as “New and Noteworthy” on page 5.  The entire write-up is on page 38.

This is the first of some very cool moments for me.  It’s just weird seeing something that you created become real.

As I wrote the book I believed with all my heart that this was a message that people need to hear (why the heck else would you write a book) and I pray that God will use it to change lives from mediocre to extraordinary.

And its just cool to see it in an official catalog.
