Right now, as a 23 year old aspiring writer and leader of a brand new church plant, I am going through these questions daily. I believe that if we all focus on the things we can "really be great at, and in doing so change the world" there won't be so many people being ineffective and merely making noise. It's a daily examination, though, to make sure that we aren't focusing on doing something that someone else should be doing. Thank you for the thoughts and questions!
